Billing Questions
- Charge on your statement: purchases appear under a discreet billing descriptor from our payment provider. If you don't recognize a charge, contact us with the date and amount before disputing it with your bank — we resolve most issues within a day.
- Premium not activated: crypto payments activate automatically within minutes of network confirmation. If your premium has not activated within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, email us with your order ID and account email.
- Refunds: see our Refund Policy. Eligible refunds are processed within 7 days.
Account Help
- Forgot password: email us from the address on your account and we will help you regain access.
- Delete account & data: email us and we will delete your account and associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Content Reports
To report content you believe violates our Terms of Service or your rights, email support@wesuckyourdick.com with a link or description. Reports are reviewed promptly.
