1. About This Service

wesuckyourdick.com ("the Service") is an entertainment service that generates fictional adult videos using artificial intelligence. All visual content produced by the Service is entirely synthetic. No real human beings are depicted in, or were involved in the creation of, any generated imagery or video.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to access or use the Service. By using the Service you affirm that you meet this requirement. We may refuse or terminate access where we believe this requirement is not met.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will NOT:

Upload photographs of any real, identifiable person, including yourself, without that person's explicit consent. Images containing visible faces are automatically rejected.
Attempt to generate content depicting minors, or content that suggests any depicted character is under 18. All generated characters are fictional adults.
Attempt to generate non-consensual scenarios, violence, or any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.
Use generated content to harass, defame, extort, or impersonate any person.
Resell, redistribute, or publicly publish generated content in a way that presents it as depicting real people.
Circumvent rate limits, payment requirements, or technical safeguards.

Violation of these rules results in immediate termination of access without refund, and where required, reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Content Moderation

The Service applies automated safeguards, including automatic rejection of uploaded images containing detectable human faces and curated prompt templates that constrain what can be generated. Generated output depicts fictional adult characters only. We review our safeguards on an ongoing basis and act on reports sent to support@wesuckyourdick.com.

5. Accounts and Premium Access

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Premium access is a prepaid, time-limited digital service (e.g. 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days of unlimited generation) that activates upon payment confirmation and expires automatically. Premium access is personal and may not be shared or resold.

6. Payments

Prices are shown in USD before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store card or wallet details. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain a personal, non-exclusive right to view and download videos generated from your requests for private use. The Service and its underlying technology remain our property. Generated content is synthetic media; you must not present it as authentic footage of real events or persons.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generation results vary and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us during the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections 7 and 8 survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
